CONSUMER'S PROTECTION

The warranty required by law is related to the sale of consumable goods in a business to a consumer. The consumer has the right to receive by the seller a good which is conform to the contract, and reaches the quality standards and the prerequisites promised by the seller.

In case the good is vicious, has manufactory or conformity issues which existed at the time of purchase or which appeared later on, the consumer has the right to contact the seller/business to obtain one of the remedies provided for by the law.

The warranty requires that the consumer has the right of restoration of the conformity of the good, either by fixing the good or substituting it according to the consumer's will; in case neither of them are possible, a reduction of the price or a termination of the contract will occur,

Repairs or substitutions will have to take place in a congruous time frame without causing inconvenients to the customer. The customer is not expected to cover any cost related to the substitutuion or repair of the good., its delivery, the cost of materials. or labor..

It is of the utmost importance to require and to hold onto a copy of the invoice which shows place and date of purchase, in order to be able to show it to the seller in case of disputes.

Aquae offers technical assistance to its customers in those cases where repair or substitution of the good is required. For the resolution of any other issue the customer will have to contact the seller.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE AQUAE WARRANTY?

Vega Accessori srl, Via Caduti di Nassiriya, 319, Ziano Piacentino, PC, Italy (Aquae Brand owner) warrants the MiLi branded device and its accessories contained in the original package (Aquae) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Aquae’s terms of use and user manuals instructions for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period”). The purchaser will have access to remedies and resolution of issues in the above mentioned warranty period for the purchased Aquae product in the ASSISTANCE section in the portal www.aquae-skin.com

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE LIMITS

In case the consumer requires Aquae to intervene for the resolution of an issue in a different country than the one where the Kit has been purchased, there might be additional costs related to managing the issue and delivering new components: in this case the consumer will be informed of these costs prior any intervention by the Aquae team.

WHERE IS IT INAPPLICABLE?:
  • to consumable parts such as batteries, or protective parts, which wear off naturally, except in case the issues are caused by manufacture or materials defects.
  • to cosmetic damages, such as for example broken plastic parts, scratches, dents...
  • to damages caused by the utlisation of unsuitable cosnumables (liquid or other): products that are not indicated in the user manual, in the technical specifications or in other published guidelines of the Aquae product.
  • to damages that can be either accidental or caused by an incorrect use of the device, immersion in liquid substances, fire contact or any other external cause.
  • to damages caused by using the device in conditions considered not complying with the guidelines reported in the user manual, technical specifications, or other guidelines published about the product.
  • to damages caused by any form of assistance not related to Aquae.
  • to devices that underwent modifications aimed to alter their functions and/or performances without written consent by Aquae.
  • to defects caused by normal wear, or caused by the device's deterioration.
